How to Pay KVS Fees Structure 2023-2024 online?
Students wishing to make online payments for KVS fees for the year 2023-24 must possess a 15-digit unique student ID. Once students have obtained this unique ID, they can follow the steps below to pay their Kendriya Vidyalaya fees online:
Step 1 – Visit the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Alternatively, students can also access the KVS fee payment portal on the unionbankofindia.co.in website.
Step 2 – On the homepage, locate the “Pay Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Online” option and click on the provided link.
Step 3 – Upon clicking the link, a new login window will appear. Log in by entering the 15-digit Student Unique ID, Date of Birth, and the provided captcha. Then, click on the submit button.
Step 4 – The screen will display all the fee details for the student.
Step 5 – Enter your mobile number and email ID.
Step 6 – Click on “Pay Now.”
Step 7 – You can now proceed to make the payment using a debit card, mobile banking, or Point of Sale (PoS) method.
How to Pay KVS Fees Structure 2023-2024 through challan?
The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) offers the option to make offline payments for the KV fees for the year 2023 through a system-generated KV fee challan. To complete the offline payment process, please follow the steps provided below:
Step 1 – Visit the following link: epay.unionbankofindia.co.in/kvchallan
Step 2 – Click on the link. A login window will now appear.
Step 3 – In the login window, enter the Student’s Unique ID, Date of Birth, and the Captcha.
Step 4 – Click on the link labeled ‘Click Here to Generate Challan & Print Receipt.’
Step 5 – Proceed to make the payment for KV fees 2023 using the generated challan.
Step 6 – After the payment is made, students are required to submit the challan copy or KVS fee payment receipt to their respective class teachers.
